Sh. O.P. Babbar, Founder Chairperson of the MRV Group of Schools, has dedicated over five decades to public service with an unwavering record of integrity and commitment. A three-time Member of the Delhi Vidhan Sabha and recipient of the Best MLA Award (2011), he has been deeply involved in initiatives for child education and health. Guided by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, he established the Shishu Nav Nirman Shiksha Samiti and founded the MRV schools over 40 years ago. In 2000, alongside his wife, Mrs. Janak Babbar, he founded The Kiids Paradise out of their shared love for young children. Under his visionary leadership, the MRV Group has grown into a reputed Senior Secondary School, offering state-of-the-art facilities and value-based education—continuing to nurture generations of confident, compassionate learners.
